About the Job :
S Saha Legal, Solicitors & Advocates is inviting applications for Junior Associate positions in Kolkata from freshers and legal professionals with 1–2 years of experience for non-litigation legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) A strong interest in commercial and civil disputes.
(vi) Candidates must be able to read Bengali and English.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting deeds.
(ii) Handling banking law-related work.
(iii) Working on mortgage law matters.
(iv) Preparing Title Search Reports.
(v) Conducting legal audits.
(vi) Handling other non-litigation legal work.
