About the Job :
Advocate Sankar Ganesh Subramanian are seeking young and dynamic junior advocates to join his firm. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) is a requirement.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
(ii) Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
(iii) Professional attitude with the ability to multitask diligently.
(iv) Good understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy.
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
(vii) Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) is a requirement.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, affidavits, and appeals.
(ii) Representing clients and assisting seniors in proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and IP offices.
(iii) Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and preparing briefs and notes for hearings.
(iv) Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case strategy and updates.
(v) Managing filings, hearings, and compliance with procedural requirements.
