About the Job :
S.K. Sapra & Co. is inviting applications for two full-time Associate Legal Counsel positions in its Real Estate practice at Greater Noida West. We are looking for Associate Legal Counsels to join our litigation-focused team, primarily dealing with real estate matters. Candidates residing in Noida and Greater Noida will be preferred.
Eligibility :
✅ Strong legal drafting skills and a sound understanding of procedural laws
✅ Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
✅ Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
✅ Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
✅ Capable of handling matters independently over time
✅ The candidate must be prepared to take individual responsibility
Responsibility :
(i) Handle legal matters relating to real estate litigation.
(ii) Assist with court and commission matters.
(iii) Interact with clients.
(iv) Provide legal advisory support.
(v) Take increasing responsibility for matters independently.
