About the Job :
Sonal Mishal & Associates has opened up applications from Law Graduates/ Junior Advocates (0–2 years PQE) with a valid Sanad for litigation practice
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Preparation of papper work and filing cases.
(iii) Basic verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Marathi language is an advantage)
(iv) Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel , email handling, pdf tools, e-filing)
(v) Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
