About the Job :
3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Corporate practice group in Gurugram. This is an on-site role suited for candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in transactional and advisory work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Preparation of papper work and filing cases.
(iii) 1–2 years PQE with a background in corporate/transactional practice
(iv) bility to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
(v) Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
