About the Job :
Circle Partners has opened up applications for multiple positions to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Preparation of papper work and filing cases.
(iii) Senior Dispute Lawyer: 8 years PQE
(iv) Strong drafting & communication skills.
(v) Senior General Corporate Lawyer: 8 years PQE
Responsibility :
(i) Senior General Corporate Lawyer: You’ll take ownership of our growing corporate vertical and build it out. The work goes well beyond routine contracts and advisory — expect M&A, PE/VC, banking & finance, and allied corporate areas.
(ii) Senior Dispute Lawyer: You’ll run mandates end-to-end across courts, arbitrations, and tribunals — drafting, appearing and arguing yourself. Practice areas: corporate-commercial disputes, white-collar criminal defence, and insolvency.
