About the Job :
Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate from recent law graduates (Class of 2025) who are committed, detail-oriented, and passionate about litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Has relevant experience in litigation practice, including drafting and court appearances
(iv) Can independently manage matters with attention to detail and ownership
(v) Can join immediately
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Assisting in strategy formulation and case management for complex regulatory disputes
(v) Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
(vi) Attending and assisting in client conferences and strategy discussions.
