About the Job :
Saptvidhik Advocates & Solicitors invites applications for the positions of an associate and an intern for its Jaipur office. The selected candidate(s) will be involved in legal research, drafting, court appearances, client conferences, case management and regular appearances before the Rajasthan High Court, DRT, RERA, MSME Facilitation Council, GSTAT, DLB and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Has relevant experience in litigation practice, including drafting and court appearances
(iv) Can independently manage matters with attention to detail and ownership
(v) Associate Advocate: PQE: 0–1 Year
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Assisting in strategy formulation and case management for complex regulatory disputes
(v) Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
(vi) Attending and assisting in client conferences and strategy discussions.
