About the Job :
Chambers of Advocate Saksham Kathuria is looking for an associate/junior associate for its litigation office.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) PQE: 0-2 years
(iv) Court Appearances before District Courts in Delhi NCR and Delhi High Court.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
