About the Job :
Advocate Ishaan George is looking to bring on board Junior Colleagues at his Chamber in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 1 – 2 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with a preference for exposure to matters before the SC.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
