About the Job :
EverTrust Legal is looking for a dedicated full time Associate committed to building a long-term career in litigation with the firm in our Mumbai Office.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Minimum 1 year post qualification litigation experience or law graduates with prior internship experience in litigation/ dispute resolution.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong exposure and experience of drafting litigation pleadings, contracts etc. and ability to proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly, Microsoft Word and formatting of documents.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
