About the Job :
Law Offices of India, Advocates and Advisors is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Advocate to join our growing team.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Experience Required: 4–5 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
(iv) Experience in legal consulting and document preparation.
(v) Ability to independently handle matters and client communications.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
