About the Job :
Rajan Malhotra & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at its office in Tilak Nagar, Delhi. The role is suited for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are keen to build a career in litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 0–2 years of experience (freshers may apply)
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Ability to assist in court matters (independent handling is an advantage)
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(ii) Assist in court proceedings and case management
(iii) Coordinate with clients and follow up on cases
(iv) Prepare and review legal documentation
