About the Job :
RBL Bank is inviting applications to strengthen its Corporate Legal team in Mumbai. The role is suited for experienced professionals with strong exposure to banking and financial services litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 6–8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Experience in banking and financial services litigation
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Sound legal knowledge with good drafting and research skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
