About the Job :
Santosh Thakrar & Associates, Ahmedabad, is expanding its team and looking for experienced legal professionals to join them.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting & reviewing conveyancing and real estate documents
(ii) Handling RERA compliances and filings
(iii) Coordinating with advocates on court matters & maintaining MIS updates
(iv) Reviewing agreements, notices, and legal documents
(v) Appearing before courts and authorities when required
(vi) Assisting in litigation, documentation & compliance matters
