About the Job :
The Office of Rachana Harpale is looking for a Junior Associate (Fresher) to join her litigation practice. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate who is keen to build a strong foundation in litigation and is willing to learn through hands-on experience.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
(ii) Strong analytical and research skills
(iii) Strong English communication and writing skills
(iv) Strong command over English, Hindi & Marathi
(v) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Court appearances and filing work
(v) Assisting in matters before various courts and tribunals
(vi) Assisting in matters before various courts and tribunals
