About the Job :
The Chambers of Nirmalya Shukla is inviting applications from motivated and diligent fresh law graduates for the position of Junior Associate.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
(iii) Familiarity with MS Word, contract drafting templates, and legal research platforms.
(iv) The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment and a serious commitment to litigation practice.
(v)Candidates should possess strong research and drafting skills, a good command over written and spoken English, and a demonstrated interest in litigation, IPR, or corporate advisory work.
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
(iv) Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
