About the Job :
Sula Vineyards is hiring Executive / Senior Executive.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
(iii) Familiarity with MS Word, contract drafting templates, and legal research platforms.
(iv) Strong drafting skills and experience with commercial agreements
(v) Experience- 2 – 4 years
Responsibility :
(i) Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents under senior supervision.
(ii) Conduct legal research on corporate laws, contract law, DPDP Act, labor codes, and sector-specific regulations.
(iii) Assist Associates and Partners in client meetings, due diligence, and compliance audits.
(iv) Prepare legal opinions, checklists, and documentation for transactions and advisory.
(v) Track case filings, statutory deadlines, and maintain client matter files.
(vi) Support business development through research and pitch preparation.
