About the Job :
Adv Diya Shekhawat is hiring Junior Associates (2 positions) for our law firm based in Ahmedabad.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory)
(iv) Strong drafting & communication skills
(v) Prior experience in district and subordinate courts
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
