About the Job :
TRUE iQPRO LLP is looking to onboard an Associate (Advocate) immediately at their Kolkata office. If you have solid litigation experience and can hit the ground running, they want to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Experience: 3–4 years
(iv) Strong drafting & communication skills
(v) Ability to work independently under timelines
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal documents
(ii) Legal research and preparation of briefs
(iii) Appearances and assistance before courts, tribunals & ADR forums
(iv) Handling client matters with a solution-oriented approach
