About the Job :
ASAP LEGAL is looking for a full-time Lawyer based in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, preparing legal arguments, and representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Candidates with exposure to banking and financial-related matters will be preferred.
(vi) Enrolled with the respective Bar Council of India.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
