About the Job :
Adv. Akhil Hasija is looking to engage an Associate to join his office in New Delhi. The role will involve assisting in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, APTEL, CERC, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. The position will provide substantial exposure to commercial, regulatory, and electricity-law litigation.
Eligibility :
• 1–3 years of experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail
• Genuine interest in litigation
• Prior litigation experience is preferred
Responsibility :
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
• Draft petitions, appeals, applications, written submissions, and other pleadings
• Assist with conferences and court hearings
• Coordinate filing-related work and case management
• Handle regular follow-up and correspondence in ongoing matters
• Assist in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, APTEL, CERC, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
