About the Job :
Prakash Legal Advisers is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Associate with 4–5 years of professional experience to join their legal team. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills, and be capable of handling independent appearances before courts and tribunals.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with Bar Council.
(ii) 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and drafting.
(iii) Proficiency in legal drafting, documentation, and research.
(iv) Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
(v) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
