About the Job :
AG & Associates is looking to hire an Advocate based in Jaipur or Rajasthan. The selected candidate will handle legal and consultancy-related work and will be deputed as a Legal Officer on behalf of the firm. The role involves legal and case management, coordination with advocates, compliance-related responsibilities, and acting as a coordinator between the company and the employer firm.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates must be residents of Jaipur or elsewhere in Rajasthan.
(ii) Applicants should have 3–4 years of in-house experience along with litigation experience.
(iii) Candidates should have a good command of English and Hindi.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
(vii) Applicants should indicate their willingness to travel nearby or to surrounding areas for 2–5 days.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
