About the Job :
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Full-Time Practising Advocate to join its litigation team at its office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 5 years of core litigation experience.
(ii) Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
(iii) Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
(vii) Ability to independently handle litigation matters from drafting through final arguments.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
