About the Job :
Akhildev IPR and Research Services is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of Patent Filing, Trademark, Copyright, and Design matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Any graduate or under graduate relevant qualification.
(ii) 2+ years of relevant experience in paralegal/IP-related work.
(iii) Good understanding of Patent, Trademark, Copyright, and Design matters.
(iv) Strong documentation and drafting skills.
(v) Good written and verbal communication skills.
(vi) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist with Patent Filing and related documentation.
(ii) Handle and assist with Trademark matters and filings.
(iii) Assist with Copyright and Design registration processes.
(iv) Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation.
(v) Maintain and organize legal records, applications, and case files.
(vi) Coordinate and follow up on IP-related matters and documentation.
(vii) Support the legal team with day-to-day intellectual property activities.
