About the Job :
Alpha Legal Consultants invites applications from talented and driven legal professionals to join their General Corporate Law Vertical at their New Delhi office.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates with a strong interest and an experience of 5+ years in corporate & commercial laws, contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.
(ii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iii) Lawyers who possess strong drafting and research skills, commercial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle corporate advisory and transactional assignments.
(iv) Self-motivated and capable of working independently
(v) Quick grasp of knowledge with practical implementation ability
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
