About the Job :
Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, invites applications for the position of an associate for their Dispute Resolution team.
Eligibility :
(i) More than 1 year of relevant experience in civil and commercial litigation & arbitration before courts & tribunals (NCLT) in/around Mumbai
(ii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iii) Registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
(iv) Self-motivated and capable of working independently
(v) Quick grasp of knowledge with practical implementation ability
(vi) Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing proceedings, and handling court/arbitration filings, with exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
