About the Job :
Arjun T. Bhagat & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate – IP Prosecution to join its Prosecution Team. The opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with limited post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property Law.
Eligibility :
• Freshers may apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in IP Law may apply
• Prior experience in IP prosecution is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Interest in developing a career in Intellectual Property Law
Responsibility :
• Assisting with Intellectual Property prosecution matters
• Supporting the IP Prosecution Team on ongoing assignments
• Conducting legal research related to IP matters
• Assisting with prosecution-related documentation and filings
• Working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with the team
