About the Job :
Rajeshwari & Associates is looking to hire Patent Associates / Senior Executives to join its team. The position involves working in the area of Intellectual Property and Patent Practice.
Eligibility :
• Science degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property
• Experience in patent drafting and prosecution preferred
• Experience in prior-art and patent searches preferred
• Strong technical understanding and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage matters
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Responsibility :
• Patent drafting and prosecution
• Preparing responses to First Examination Reports (FERs)
• Assisting with patent hearings and prosecution management
• Conducting patentability searches
• Performing Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches
• Conducting invalidity and patent landscape searches
• Understanding inventions and technical concepts
• Interacting with inventors and clients
• Independently handling assigned matters
• Mentoring junior team members
