About the Job :
RSA is seeking a motivated Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with substantial experience in proceedings before the Calcutta High Court.
Eligibility :
• Enrolled Advocate registered with the Bar Council.
• 1–2 years of regular appearance in the Delhi High Court.
• Ability to independently prepare drafts and conduct case-law research with limited supervision.
• Good understanding of court procedures, filing practices, and litigation strategy.
• Proficiency with legal research databases and standard office/productivity tools.
Responsibility :
• Practical exposure to litigation and arbitration
