About the Job :
Aretha Legal is looking to hire one Associate (A3/A4) for its Delhi NCR office. The role will focus on transactional work, primarily involving Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE), and Venture Capital (VC). The selected candidate will work directly with the firm’s team on a range of transactions and will have direct exposure to deal execution and client work.
Eligibility :
(i) 3 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
(ii) Strong transactional experience in M&A, PE and/or VC.
(iii) Relevant experience in these areas is essential.
