About the Job :
Lexmanus Solutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate – Factory Compliance to support our clients in factory, labour and statutory compliance matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in factory compliance is mandatory.
(ii) Strong knowledge of Maharashtra-specific labour, factory and statutory compliance laws.
(iii) Practical understanding of local regulatory processes, authorities and working practices in Maharashtra.
(iv) Familiarity with the on-ground technicalities and compliance requirements applicable to factories in the Ratnagiri region.
Responsibility :
(i) Handling factory and labour law compliance
(ii) Supporting statutory registrations, licences and renewals
(iii) Conducting factory compliance reviews and audits
(iv) Maintaining statutory registers, records and documentation
(v) Advising clients on applicable labour and factory legislation
(vi) Supporting inspections, notices and compliance-related queries from authorities
(vii) Monitoring changes in labour laws and regulatory requirements
(viii) Preparing compliance reports and identifying gaps
(ix) Coordinating with client HR, factory management and government authorities
