About the Job :
ASM Law Offices is inviting applications for an Associate position in its Intellectual Property Litigation & Enforcement practice in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB students / recent LLB graduates
(ii) Enrolled in or recently completed an LLB program
(iii) Strong verbal and written communication skills
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
(v) 3–5 years of PQE
(vii) Experience in IP Litigation & Enforcement
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
