About the Job :
Talekar and Associates is hiring 1 Associate (Drafting assistant). The candidates with prior legal drafting shall be preferred. Even freshers with the aforesaid skill sets shall be considered.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB students / recent LLB graduates
(ii) Enrolled in or recently completed an LLB program
(iii) Strong verbal and written communication skills
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
(v) Excellent attention to detail
(vii) Ability to work independently and take ownership
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
