About the Job :
Rahul Chaudhry & Partners are hiring for roles in our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team in the Patents department.
Eligibility :
(i) Qualification: LL.B. (Mandatory)
(ii) 3+ years of hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and prior art searches in the ICT sector.
(iii) B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or a related field.
(iv) Registered Indian Patent Agent.
(v) Sharp analytical mindset and strong technical writing skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft and prosecute patent applications across core ICT domains, including software, telecommunications, networking, Electrical, AI/ML, and cloud computing.
(ii) Independently deliver client-ready patent specifications, search reports, and office action responses.
(iii) Maintain rigorous quality standards across complex technical and legal frameworks.
