About the Job :
BBSR & Associates is looking for a motivated professional with experience in GST Law, Customs Law and Foreign Trade Policy. The required experience may have been acquired during Articleship or after qualification.
Eligibility :
(i) Professionals with 1–2 years of experience in GST Law, Customs Law and Foreign Trade Policy.
(ii) Experience may have been acquired during Articleship or after qualification.
(iii) Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience or internship exposure in Indirect Tax.
Responsibility :
🔹 Handling monthly and annual GST compliances
🔹 Filing GST refunds
🔹 Providing advisory support on client queries
🔹 Managing indirect tax litigations, including drafting replies to notices, filing appeals and attending hearings
🔹 Working on Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy, SEZ & EOU compliances
🔹 Conducting health checks and due diligence from an Indirect Tax perspective
🔹 Engaging with clients for on-site visits and providing hands-on support
🔹 Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging Indirect Tax assignments
