About the Job :
Benny & Rai Associates is looking to hire a Legal Associate to join their litigation practice in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience: 1–3 years.
(ii) Strong research & drafting skills
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Enrolled with Bar Council
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) The role involves legal research, drafting, court appearances, and assisting in day-to-day litigation matters.
