About the Job :
IMS Lex Advisory is hiring Associate having 3–4 years of experience in General Corporate and M&A Advisory to join their team!
Eligibility :
(i) Law graduate from reputed institute and enrolled member of the Bar Council of India
(ii) Proficiency in legal research and drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts
(iii) Prior experience in a general corporate and M&A advisory, specifically involved in due diligence and drafting of transaction documents
(iv) Solid understanding of company law, compliances and regulatory frameworks
(v) Excellent communication, quality focused and time management skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
