About the Job :
Bhansali & Palekar (Trusted Legal Solutions) is inviting applications for a Junior Advocate to join its team in Mumbai. The opportunity is suited for dynamic, dedicated, and detail-oriented legal professionals looking to build their litigation and corporate advisory practice through hands-on legal experience.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. from a reputed university.
(ii) 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
(iii) Litigation and corporate advisory work
(iv) Working experience in a reputed law firm.
(v) Good communication and negotiation skills.
(vi) Experience in handling corporate, banking, and finance matters.
(vii) Good knowledge of corporate and banking laws.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft and review share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow agreements, project finance documents, and loan documents, including loan agreements, mortgage deeds, hypothecation deeds, and trust and retention account/escrow agreements.
(ii) Prepare legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC, and other banking and commercial laws.
(iii) Review contracts and agreements, including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, and assignment agreements.
(iv) Assist in the legal due diligence of companies.
