About the Job :
Aggarwal Law Partners, under Mr. Arun Aggarwal, Advocate-on-Record, is inviting applications for a full-time, on-site Associate position. The role provides exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, case preparation, and proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. degree
• Enrolment with the Bar Council
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Strong legal research skills
• Interest or experience in litigation preferred
• Freshers are also eligible to apply
Responsibility :
• Drafting pleadings, notices, opinions and legal documents
• Conducting legal research
• Preparing cases and litigation briefs
• Assisting/appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts
• Exposure to NCDRC, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRAT, TDSAT and other forums
• Client coordination
• Case management and litigation support
