About the Job :
Majestique Group, a real estate organisation, is inviting applications for an experienced Advocate (Legal) to join its growing legal team. The role is suited for professionals with substantial legal experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
Eligibility :
• 5–7 years of professional legal experience
• Advocate / law graduate with relevant legal experience
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Proactive and hardworking approach
• Ability to handle challenging responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in real estate law
Responsibility :
• Handling legal matters relating to the organisation
• Advising on real estate-related legal issues
• Managing legal responsibilities within the organisation
• Supporting the legal team on ongoing matters
• Handling challenging and time-sensitive legal assignments
• Providing legal assistance and risk management support
