Applications are invited for the position of Associate – IP Attorney. This role provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of Intellectual Property law, making it an excellent opportunity for young lawyers to build a strong foundation in IP practice.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 0–2 years of experience in trademarks, patents, and copyright
(iii) Strong understanding of Trademark, Copyright, Design, and Patent laws
(iv) Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Responsibility :
(i) Handle IP filings, prosecution, oppositions, and disputes
(ii) Conduct legal research and prepare internal notes
(iii) Draft articles, reports, and regulatory updates
(iv) Prepare and review legal documents and client communications
(v) Coordinate with clients for execution of matters
(vi) Manage deadlines, records, and documentation
