About the Job :
SK Finance Limited is inviting applications for the positions of Legal Officers / Legal Managers for the Hadoti region, including Jhalawar, Baran, Bundi, and Kota. The role involves handling recovery proceedings, coordination with stakeholders, and managing legal processes related to NPAs.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Experience in SARFAESI / NPA recovery preferred
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Strong legal knowledge and field handling capability
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Manage NPA resolution and recovery proceedings
(ii) Coordinate with advocates, police authorities, and internal teams
(iii) Handle legal processes related to recovery and compliance
(iv) Industry research and report preparation
