About the Job :
Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate in its Real Estate Practice in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Applicants should have experience in a dedicated Real Estate Practice.
(ii) 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
(iii) Applicants should have proven expertise in conducting land due diligence and drafting and negotiating JDAs, sale deeds, commercial and retail leases, title search reports, and mortgage documents.
(iv) Prior experience in handling real estate financing documentation will be preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Conducting land due diligence.
(ii) Drafting and negotiating Joint Development Agreements (JDAs).
(iii) Drafting and negotiating sale deeds.
(iv) Drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases.
(v) Preparing title search reports.
(vi) Preparing mortgage documents.
