About the Job :
Arnifi is hiring a Legal Associate to join its Legal and Compliance team in Bangalore. The Legal Associate will work closely with clients and internal teams on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on UAE and international business setups.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB or LLM with relevant experience in corporate, commercial or regulatory law.
(ii) Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
(iv) Ability to independently manage multiple matters and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
(v) Good understanding of contracts, corporate documentation and regulatory compliance.
(vi) Experience in UAE corporate or commercial law, free zone regulations or business setup matters will be preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including SPAs, SHAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements and NDAs.
(ii) Conduct legal and regulatory research on UAE and international laws.
(iii) Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, amendments, share transfers and capital changes.
(iv) Support corporate governance, compliance and regulatory filings.
(v) Assist with employment and HR-related legal documentation.
(vi) Support data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance matters.
(vii) Coordinate with law firms, government authorities, regulators and external consultants.
(viii) Review client documentation and identify legal, regulatory and contractual risks.
(ix) Support matters across the UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, the USA and other jurisdictions.
