About the Job :
Agragami Consulting has invited applications from experienced attorneys in capital market transactions for an opportunity at their Mumbai office.
Eligibility :
(i) Attorneys with 7+ years of experience.
(ii) Applicants should have experience in investment fund set-ups and limited partner negotiations.
(iii) Candidates with mixed experience in investment funds and mergers and acquisitions, private equity or venture capital may also be considered, provided investment funds work forms the major part of their practice.
(iv) Applicants should have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to investment funds.
(v) Applicants should be able to draft and review fund-related documentation and undertake Securities and Exchange Board of India filings.
(vi) Prior experience in capital market transactions. Book of business will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Responsibility :
(i) Independently lead, manage and negotiate capital market transactions.
(ii) Drafting and reviewing fund-related documentation.
(iii) Undertaking Securities and Exchange Board of India filings.
