Clove Legal is inviting applications for multiple Associate positions in its Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
(ii) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(iii) Knowledge of contract law, corporate laws, real estate law, employment laws and related areas.
(iv) Client-service experience.
(v) Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
(vi) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
(vii) Ability to prioritise and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
(viii) Valid licence to practise law.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft, assess, analyse, negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements.
(ii) Negotiate transactions and agreements relating to mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, collaborations, licensing, leasing, partnerships and strategic alliances.
