About the Job :
Kwan Ventures is currently working with a mid-sized listed infrastructure company on an in-house legal mandate in Mumbai. Kwan Ventures is looking to connect with legal professionals between 4-6 years of experience in banking and finance transactions
Eligibility :
• Experience: 4–6 years
• Candidates with experience at Tier 1 / Tier 2 law firms or within BFSI companies, particularly lending teams, would be relevant for the opportunity.
• Sound knowledge of basics legal Principles.
Responsibility :
▪️ Financing transactions and loan documentation
▪️ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
▪️ Banking and finance advisory
▪️ Working closely with legal and business teams
