About the Job :
Dexter Juris LLP is Delhi based full service law firm with expertise and experience of more than a decade across various sectors and practice areas.They are looking for a committed and skilled Associate Advocate to join their team. The role involves legal research, drafting, client coordination, and representation in court.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB from a recognized university
(ii) 1–3 years’ experience (exceptional freshers may be considered)
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Bar Council membership and a valid license
(v) Familiarity with legal software preferred
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Conduct legal research and support case strategy
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
